ARC Answer picks up your business line when you can't. It answers as your business, in your words, finds out what the caller needs and takes their details so you can call back and book the job. Every call is summarised and emailed to you the moment it ends.
Switch on text-back in Settings and the caller also gets one text, from a TradeForgeHub number, saying you'll call them back. What it doesn't do yet: it doesn't book appointments onto your calendar unless you've connected one, and it doesn't transfer a call through to your phone. We say it works when it does.
